DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: 30% deposits are required for all appointments. Deposits are to be made through e-transfer at the time of booking. E-transfer and cash are accepted to pay the remaining balance. Deposits become non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
BOOKING/CONFIRMATION: Upon booking, clients are required to send their deposit to Esthetics by Grace as well as fill out the necessary forms given to you by Esthetics by Grace. Esthetics by Grace will send a confirmation message 48 hours before the appointment which must be confirmed by the client.
CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING: 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits become non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment.
LATE/NO SHOW: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. Not showing up for your appointment without letting me know in advance will result in the client being banned from booking future appointments.
3-DAY GRACE PERIOD: Clients have a 3-day grace period following their appointment to contact me regarding any concerns after their appointment. Services become the responsibility of the client after this 3-day grace period. If a client is not satisfied with their service, it is their responsibility to contact us within the 3-day grace period.
FOREIGN FILLS: Esthetics by Grace does not fill other artists’ work. A removal and full set will need to be done. This is to ensure the same techniques and products are used.
APPOINTMENTS: Clients should attend their appointments alone, arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, avoid drinking caffeine before the appointment, use the restroom beforehand, and avoid using their phone during the appointment. Dress comfortably and make sure to remove contacts if doing a lash service.
LASH FILLS: A minimum of 40% of lashes is required for a set to be considered a fill, otherwise it will be a full set and will be charged accordingly. Lashes should be cleaned, brushed, and dried beforehand. If a client wishes to make changes to their lashes at the time of their fill appointment, this should be discussed before the appointment.
